Mads Tolling is an internationally renowned violin virtuoso and composer from Copenhagen, Denmark, now living in San Francisco. As a former nine-year member of both bassist Stanley Clarke’s band and the celebrated Turtle Island Quartet, Mads won two Grammy Awards. Mads has performed with The Who, Andrea Bocelli, Chick Corea, Ramsey Lewis, Kenny Barron, Paquito D’Rivera, and Leo Kottke.
Mads is a current member of Bob Weir’s Wolf Bros & Wolf Pack Band, and he leads his own groups. How much does UVC cover?
Currently, the Ultimate Violin Course covers the first 2 years of violin education. This is covered by the beginner and intermediate level. In total, you get 20+ hours of content to help you learn fast and easy. The advanced and pro levels are also in the works, coming soon!
How much do I have to practice?
If you are a beginner violinist, you actually only need to practice 15-30 minutes a day to see steady progress. The key is to practice consistently and with a solid lesson plan, which we provide to you at UVC.
What if I just want to try UVC?

Can I get help from Mads if I have questions?
